Job Title: Head of Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and drive sales strategies at Savoy Suites Manesar. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in hotel sales, corporate client acquisition, revenue management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, target, and acquire corporate clients, travel agencies, and MICE businesses.
- Manage room sales, banquet sales, and long-stay bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions, packages, and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and revenue reports.
- Negotiate and close contracts with corporate clients and event organizers.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Work closely with the General Manager and other departments to achieve hotel sales targets.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a business hotel or serviced suites.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong network in the hospitality, corporate, and travel industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure sales targets and drive revenue.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and hotel PMS systems.
- Must be willing to travel for client meetings, events, and business development.
