Social Media Manager

Location: Jor Bagh, New Delhi

Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years in social media marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance the digital presence of Ascot Hospitality. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling social media for hotels or hospitality brands and a strong understanding of content creation, engagement strategies, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to boost brand awareness and online presence.
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create high-quality content, including posts, reels, and stories, that align with the brand identity.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience insights to optimize content performance.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to drive engagement.
• Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to track campaign success.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for promotions and offers.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of content creation, storytelling, and brand positioning.
• Experience in running paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) , Google and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
